Quality Portal (Anonymous)
Bank statement files only. No names, SSN, EIN, email, or any personal identifying information is collected or required. Analysis is fully anonymous.
Apply Portal
Business name, owner name, contact information (email, phone), last 4 of SSN, EIN, business address, bank statements, and financial details.
Partner Portal
Company name, contact person, email, phone, business registration details, and payment information for subscription billing.
Free tools (Business Health Scorecard, Calculator, Checklist, Public Records Lookup) do not collect or store any personal information. Self-assessment inputs are processed client-side only.
We use your information to provide and improve our services:
Bank Statement Analysis
To analyze uploaded bank statements and generate fundability scores, risk assessments, and recommendations. Quality Portal analyses are anonymous and results are not linked to any identity.
Funder Matching
For Apply Portal users, to match your profile with qualified funders through our Partner Portal marketplace. Anonymized metrics are visible to partners; personal details are only shared when a partner pays to unlock your file.
Support & Communication
To respond to support inquiries and send transactional notifications. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Your data is protected using end-to-end SSL encryption, secure Stripe payment processing, and limited access protocols. We follow industry standards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We are not a lead generator. We do not sell your personal information to brokers, ISOs, or any third party. Our data sharing works as follows:

- Sell your data to brokers or lead generators
- Share Quality Portal data with anyone (it is anonymous)
- Send marketing emails without opt-in consent
- Store full Social Security Numbers
We Only Share
- Anonymized metrics with Partner Portal subscribers
- Full details only when a partner pays to unlock your file
- With verified, vetted MCA funders bound by our terms
- When legally required by court order or regulation
Public Records Lookup results are generated from simulated databases for educational purposes and are not shared or stored.
Quality Portal (anonymous): bank statements and analysis results are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Apply Portal: data is retained for the duration of the funding process plus 12 months for compliance, then deleted on request. Partner Portal: account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request early deletion at any time.
We use cookies and analytics tools to improve website functionality and measure usage. No tracking cookies are set during Quality Portal (anonymous) sessions. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser preferences.
You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting support@fundingestimate.com. We honor all valid requests within 48 hours. This includes uploaded bank statements, analysis results, application data, and any personal information. Quality Portal data can be deleted immediately as it is not linked to any identity.
FundingEstimate.com is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Apply and Partner Portal users. Please refer to this page for the latest version.
