Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using FundingEstimate.com, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of all platform features, including the Quality Portal, Apply Portal, and Partner Portal.
FundingEstimate.com operates a three-portal MCA prequalification and marketplace platform:
Quality Portal
Anonymous bank statement analysis providing underwriter-grade fundability assessments. Free for merchants. No personal information required.
Apply Portal
Full funding application where merchants submit once and receive competing offers from qualified funders. Free for merchants.
Partner Portal
Subscription-based marketplace for MCA funders to access pre-qualified merchant files. Paid service with tiered pricing.
Additional free tools include the Business Health Scorecard, Funding Calculator, Pre-Application Checklist, and Public Records Lookup. These tools provide educational guidance and are not guarantees of funding approval.
Merchants use the Quality Check and Apply portals at no charge. The Partner Portal operates on a subscription model with per-file access fees:
Additional per-file charges of $20-$45 apply beyond included unlocks. Unused unlocks do not roll over. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refund eligibility is defined on our Return & Refund Policy page.
You must be at least 18 years old. Merchants using the Quality or Apply portals must be authorized to represent their business. Partner Portal users must represent a licensed or registered MCA funding company. All data submitted must be truthful and accurate.
Providing false or misleading information — including altered bank statements or misrepresentation of business ownership — may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any subscription fees.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent or altered documents, scrape or reverse-engineer our systems, or breach intellectual property rights of FundingEstimate.com. Partner Portal users agree not to contact merchants outside of the platform's intended workflow or share unlocked file data with unauthorized third parties.
Quality Portal analyses are conducted anonymously. No personal identifying information is collected during the Quality Check process. Merchant data from the Apply Portal is shared only with Partner Portal subscribers who have paid to unlock individual files. Merchants may withdraw their application and request data deletion at any time.
Partner Portal subscribers agree to use unlocked merchant data solely for the purpose of extending funding offers. Reselling, redistributing, or using merchant data for lead generation, marketing, or any purpose other than direct funding offers is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
All platform content, analysis algorithms, scoring models, educational content, and systems are owned by FundingEstimate.com. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
We do not guarantee funding results, approval, specific terms, or outcomes. Fundability scores, recommendations, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. Actual funding decisions are made by individual funders based on their own criteria.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundingEstimate.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, including but not limited to funding denials, unfavorable terms, or decisions made based on our analysis tools.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or platform abuse. Partner subscriptions terminated for cause are not eligible for refunds.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the updated terms.
